5. User understands and fully accepts the fact that absolutely no spamming of information about Security-Investment or our web site is allowed. You acknowledge that you are acting as an individual and not on behalf of any other entity. All information you receive is unsolicited, private encoded communications of privileged, proprietary, and confidential information for you only and you agree to keep it private, confidential, and protected from any disclosure.

6. We are not liable for any damage or loss of data caused by any events, accidents or omissions, that lead to delay or distortions in the transmission of information, requests and orders due to a breakdown in any transmission facilities that are beyond our control.

7. Under no circumstances should anything here on this site be posted in a public forum or forwarded by email.

8. We have no responsibility if your e-gold password or any other personal information has been compromised.

9. Any transactions held at our account but originating beyond our system will not be considered valid and cannot be returned.

10. We will not answer the questions not relating to the functionality of the system.
